Our team

Engims was founded by rail engineering experts Mohammad and Irfan, both with over a decade of experience working on prestigious UK rail projects alongside major clients such as Network Rail, Atkins, WSP, and Arup. Their expertise spans rail systems engineering assurance, interface management, and change management, with significant contributions to landmark projects like HS2 and HS1. Mohammad brings extensive design assurance, interface management and electrification maintenance experience, having led multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects within timelines, budgets, and industry standards. Irfan has excelled in change management, asset protection, and delivering innovative digital tools, such as Python-based applications and PowerBi dashboards, to enhance project efficiencies. Engims was established to address skilled staff shortages in the engineering sector, offering a pool of vetted global talent and mentoring local teams to ensure skills transfer and capability development. With a focus on precision, integration, and innovation, Engims delivers tailored solutions for modern railway needs.
